The guard was not hurt. The shooting is under investigation.
Security guard shoots, kills knife wielding man
HOUSTON
A Spartan security guard says he responded to a disturbance in an apartment on Greens Road near Wayforest.
When the security guard asked the men inside to quiet down, police say one of the men threatened the guard with a knife. That's when investigators believe the guard fired a single shot at one of the men. Police say that man later died at the hospital.
