One of Texas' most wanted fugitives caught in Houston

HOUSTON Binus Jackson IV was wanted on charges of Parole Violation for two counts of Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon, Robbery by Threat, and Aggravated Robbery with a Deadly Weapon.

The former Waco resident was caught after information led detectives to Houston, where he allegedly had been living and working using someone else's identity. He was arrested without incident.

Jackson had been featured on the Texas Top 10 Most Wanted fugitives list since March 2009.
