The man driving the first car wasn't hurt. It's still not clear which driver ran the red light.
Red light runner being blamed for fatal wreck
HOUSTON
It happened around 11pm Monday at the intersection of Harwin and the West Beltway. Police say a man was driving on the feeder when, for some reason, he collided with another car, overturning that car. The 58-year-old female victim in that car was transported to Memorial Hermann Hospital where she was pronounced dead. Her identity is pending verification by the Harris County Institute of Forensic Sciences.
