Suspect arrested in HCC sex assaults

HOUSTON According to court documents obtained by Eyewitness News, Cebero Garcia Ochoa, 17, was charged with public lewdness on July 16. The document says Ochoa inappropriately touched a woman's genitals while she was in her car.

The college confirmed the arrest.

Ochoa is being held on $20,000 bond and is due in court next month.

Last Friday, Eyewitness News reported a story about a man who had sexually assaulted, exposed himself, or tried to grope four women on and around the HCC campus at Interstate 10 and the Beltway.
