Twenty-two candidates seek top HFD spot
HOUSTON
Records obtained from the city of Houston show that interim chief Rick Flanagan filled out an application, and there are 13 other candidates from inside the Houston fire department.
The city is looking to replace former chief Phil Boriskie, who resigned back in January.
