"Officers were responding to a report that a man was running around the intersection chasing cars, punching himself, chasing a woman that got off the METRO bus," said Kese Smith with the Houston Police Department.
After putting the man in handcuffs, officers noticed he was in distress. They took off the cuffs and took him to the hospital where he later died. The cause of the death is under investigation.
