Abandoned house burns to the groud in NE Harris Co.

Overnight in northeast Harris County, firefighters worked to stop flames from spreading out of an abandoned house. Crews found heavy smoke pouring out of the home at Josephine and Gregg. The single-story wood home burned all the way to the ground.

Neighbors say it has been empty for several months.

No one was hurt. Investigators are trying to figure out how the fire started.
