Reward offered to find capital murder suspect

HOUSTON They say back on May 9, Joshua Leon Marshall fatally shot Reginald King at an apartment complex in the 5700 block of Thousand Oaks Circle. Police say King was with a woman who lured him to the complex when a group of men tried to rob him.

King threw his car keys and tried to run away when investigators say Marshall shot him in the back. He was pronounced dead at the scene.

After an investigation, Marshall was charged with capital murder. He's been on the run since the shooting. The female who investigators say lured King back to her apartment complex is a juvenile. She's been referred to the Harris County Juvenile Probation Department.

Marshall is a 23-year-old black male. He's 5'11" and weighs 160 pounds. He has brown eyes and black hair.

Marshall is still believed to be in the Houston area.
