Houston police seek auto shop owner killer
HOUSTON
Police only know the suspect in the killing of Andres Palacios
is known as "Napo" or "Napoleon."
Police say Palacios died in April 2010 of infections from three
bullet wounds suffered in the February 2009 shooting. His car and
about $2,500 were stolen in the attack.
Before Palacios died, he told police he saw the suspect passing
by his auto shop, west of downtown. Police believe the man is in
Houston.
According to a police sketch released Monday, the wanted man is
Hispanic and has long, light colored hair, a large mole on his left
cheek and a gold front tooth. He is 5-foot-6 and about 55 years
old.
