Pearland students charged in 'sexting' case

Pearland police aren't saying where the incidents happened or how many children are involved. They do say all are under the age of 17. According to investigators, one of the students sent lewd photos of his ex-girlfriend to other kids and it went viral.
They face charges of "distribution of harmful material to a minor" - a Class C misdemeanor punishable by jail time of up to a year, and up to a $4,000 fine.
