Planned Parenthood dedicates new building in SE Houston

HOUSTON The new flagship health center and administrative headquarters building of Planned Parenthood at the Gulf Freeway near Lockwood in southeast Houston is one of the largest in the nation. Planned Parenthood says it moved to the bigger building in order to serve more people.

The ceremony also drew anti-abortion activists outside who have been against the move, saying it targets minorities and could lead to more abortions.
