Teen murder suspect back behind bars

HOUSTON The Harris County District Attorney's Office revoked Brian Ezike's bond after officials learned the 18-year-old had been caught and released from a jail in Laredo.

Ezike was arrested Friday while trying to re-enter the United States from Mexico but posted a $50,000 bond originally set on his murder charge the same day. The DA's office said he was initially allowed to post bond because Laredo prosecutors did not consider him a flight risk.

Police accuse him of shooting and killing 14-year-old Jaylon Calloway outside a local nightclub on May 1.
