Officials want to know who's behind a toolbox full of drugs that was delivered to the Texas Department of Criminal Justice Ellis unit. According to the TDCJ, Thursday at about 10:30am, two correctional officers were scanning packages coming into the Ellis Unit near Huntsville when they found a black plastic toolbox en route to the maintenance department. The toolbox contained smokeless tobacco, five grams of methamphetamine, marijuana, more than 100 Ecstasy pills, jolly rangers and other contraband.

Inmates are being questioned and have been removed from their maintenance duties. The Office of Inspector General is investigating.
