Man shot in car near railroad tracks
HOUSTON
Police tell us the victim and a female friend had just left a pool hall Sunday morning, when they stopped near Milby and McKinney. Two men walked up the car and opened fire before leaving. The woman drove to a nearby club for help, but the victim died.
