Hotel operator arrested for sexual assault of guest

HOUSTON Police arrested John Frangias and charged him with sexual assault. We first told you last year about the allegations being made from a woman in Canada who says she was attacked by the Athens Hotel Suites operator while visiting Houston.

She says she was pushed into her hotel room and raped in July 2008. She reported the assault when she returned to Canada.

Frangias was arrested, but the charge was dismissed in October 2014 at the request of the complaining witness.
