Firefighter who sued city to go back to work

HOUSTON /*Jane Draycott*/ sued the city to get changes in the Houston Fire Department and get her old job back. Draycott and another female firefighter say they endured sexual harassment at Station 54. Mayor Annise Parker said Draycott will return to work Monday.

"There have been a number of changes at Station 54 and a lot of turnover there and it is our responsibility that when she goes back that she will be dealt with professionally and returned to firefighting," Mayor Parker said.

The mayor also said the city cannot release the office of inspector general report on the harassment case due to Draycott's lawsuit.
