Ashby high-rise developers refile petition vs. city

HOUSTON Developers have re-filed their petition against the City of Houston in state district court. The Buckhead Investment Partners developers say their arguments need to be made in a different venue.

They filed suit in Harris County in February after being denied permission eleven times to build a high-rise on Bissonnet near Ashby.
