Man accused of leaving child porn on pawned laptop

HOUSTON

Houston police were called to a pawn shop on Westheimer shortly after Jason Wagner pawned his laptop in July 2008, according to a Crime Stoppers statement. Someone at the shop allegedly had discovered several pornographic images and videos of children on his laptop. The children appeared to be between 11 and 14 years old.

After an investigation, detectives determined that Wagner allegedly was the owner of the laptop and charged him with possession of child pornography, according to the statement.

Wagner is described as a white man who is 6 feet tall and weighs around 230 pounds. He has brown hair, blue eyes. He still is likely in the Houston area.
