Investigators say the case began last July, when the man's common-law wife found digital images on a camera that showed him sexually assaulting the child. Investigators also recovered more than 70 images of child pornography, stored on computers, in the home.
Williams pleaded guilty Monday. He must serve three life sentences for super aggravated sexual assault of a child, since the victim was under age 6. The penalty is 700 years for the child pornography on his computer and 20 years for such images on his digital camera.
