Homeless kids get Easter surprise

HOUSTON Attorney Jim Adler bought shoes and clothes for 30 children at the Children's Store in Gulfgate Center Mall in southeast Houston. The kids all attend the House of Tiny Treasures, Houston's only day care for homeless children.

One mother told us how much she appreciates the gifts for her kids.

"It makes 'em feel special. They feel very special and they're treated well. What kid doesn't like to get new shoes and new clothes?" homeless mother Wenday Hayes said.

Adler also paid for a similar shopping spree for children the House of Tiny Treasures last year.
