A second man charged in the murder of a three-year-old girl will stay behind bars. Jonathan Hunter, 19, went before a judge today. He's being held with no bond.

Hunter is charged with capital murder in the shooting death of three-year-old Charissa Powell. She was killed during an attempted carjacking at a north Houston apartment complex more than a week ago. Her one-year-old brother was also wounded.

Hunter's cousin, Alton Barnes, 24, is also being held on capital murder charges, without bond.
