Man wanted for kidnapping two small children
BAYTOWN, TX
Police in Baytown say a woman picked up her boyfriend, Onil Ramos, this afternoon and they started arguing. Her children, two girls ages 2 and 3, were in the car. The car started having problems, so they pulled over.
