County official fights for Constellation Program
HOUSTON
Garcia went to Washington to deliver a commissioners court resolution asking for full funding of the Constellation Program.
The Johnson Space Center could lose up to 7,000 jobs if NASA goes ahead with plans to end the Constellation Program, Garcia said.
