Teen wanted for sex assault

RICHMOND, TX Richmond police say the incident happened early Sunday morning. The suspect, identified as Victor Manuel Rocha, Jr., 19, of Richmond, reportedly left the scene in a blue 2005 Toyota Tundra with Texas license plate 01D-RW3. Police believe this is an isolated incident and they're asking for help in locating Rocha. He is believed to be in the Houston area possibly with family members.

Detectives received a warrant for Rocha for aggravated sexual assault of a child, a first degree felony. His bond was set at $150,000.
