Women say judge sexually harassed them

HOUSTON The civil suit alleges former County Court at Law Judge James Blackstock touched them inappropriately and made sexual comments to them. They're suing Blackstock and Brazoria County.

In 2008, Blackstock stepped down after pleading no contest in a similar case.
