CRYSTAL BEACH, TX --
The FAA is now investigating after beachgoers in Bolivar complained about a plane flying way too low in the area. The plane was spotted between Crystal Beach and High Island over the weekend. Video of the low-flying plane was taken and posted on YouTube. In the video, the small engine plane was caught flying just above the crowd. FAA officials who saw the video say the flyover is illegal. Witnesses provided authorities with the plane's tail number.
