Off-duty cop shot during apparent domestic disturbance

HOUSTON The public information officer with the Houston police department confirmed late last night than an off-duty officer had been shot by his wife in the leg yesterday. His wife is also a law enforcement officer for another agency.

The wounded officer will be OK. Police say the shooting was the result of a domestic disturbance.
