Police are talking to witnesses to see if they got a license plate number of the vehicle.
Man injured after being struck by hit-and-run driver
HOUSTON
Authorities say the victim was found lying on the road on 75th Street and Capitol.
Witnesses say a light blue Dodge Neon hit the man as he crossed the street and kept going. The victim is in serious condition.
