Suspected flasher arrested thanks to tip

HOUSTON Law agencies have been looking for the man after he exposed himself at least twice to a pair of 12-year-old girls at the Timbercrest mobile home park. Today a mail carrier spotted the suspect and alerted officers, who pulled him over.

While officials were talking with the suspect, another report came in of an 18-year-old woman who was flashed a couple of streets away. That victim was brought to the scene of the traffic stop and she identified the suspect.

The suspect was taken into custody. There's no word yet on charges.
