New details about death of little girl

HOUSTON The defendant, José Herrera-Gomez, appeared in a Harris County courtroom today. He's charged with injury to a child. Prosecutors say the little girl had severe internal injuries.

Herrera-Gomez was watching the children this past weekend while their mother was at work. The little girl died Sunday.
