Police: Man confesses to killing his girlfriend

HOUSTON Police found the body of Renee Longoria in her apartment on 27th Street and Rutland last night. They say she'd been beaten and strangled.

Authorities say her boyfriend, William Stone, turned himself in this afternoon.
