Dozens of kids meet with potential adoptive parents

HOUSTON Child Protective Services held its fourth annual "Hearts for CPS Children Adoption Festival" near Reliant Park. About 100 kids ages eight and older hung out with families who completed the requirements to become adoptive parents.

Most of the children are older, part of a sibling group or have special needs.
