No evacuations were called. The cause of the fire is under investigation.
Fire breaks out at water treatment plant
HOUSTON
The fire started Sunday afternoon at the plant near the North Freeway and FM 1960. Smoke was pouring out of a two-story building when firefighters got there. They say the building had chlorine in it, so they called a HazMat team.
