Flasher targets young female victims in Katy area

KATY, TX On Sunday, December 20, and Monday, December 21, deputies of the Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office responded to three separate calls concerning a white male who completely disrobed and exposed himself to several individuals. The reports were taken in Seven Lakes Subdivision, Katy Creek Ranch Subdivision and Grand Lakes Subdivision, all in the Katy area.

The suspect is described as a heavy set white male who has thinning to near balding hair, approximately 6'0" tall and in his late twenties to early thirties. He was driving a small sized silver or gray truck that has a 3 foot by 1 foot red and white "Castaway" sticker on the rear window. The victims in all three instances are females, ages 6, 16 and 26 who were by themselves outside of their residences.

Fort Bend County Detectives are actively investigating these incidents and believe all three instances involve the same perpetrator. Detectives are releasing two composite sketches of this perpetrator and seeking assistance from anyone who may have information regarding the truck or the perpetrator to contact Ft. The Fort Bend County Sheriff's Office also wants to encourage members of all communities, particularly females, to take extra precautionary measures and be aware of your surroundings.
