It's another no-refusal weekend around town

HOUSTON It's another no-refusal weekend. If a driver is pulled over for a suspected DWI, they will be asked to submit to a breathalyzer test. If they refuse, a judge will be immediately contacted to agree to a warrant authorizing police to get blood samples. The best way to avoid it all -- don't drink and drive.

However, if you do drink and need to get you and your car home, you can call AAA for a tipsy tow. It begins tonight at 6pm Thursday and runs through Friday night.

Drivers should call 1-800-AAA-HELP. You will get a ride home for free, if it's up to ten miles from the point of pickup. Your car will be towed home, too.
