Construction on the still unidentified family's home will start next Thursday. Texas City-based builder BluShields Construction is providing services for free, but they need more volunteers and supplies.
Volunteers to help out are needed. If you're skilled in a trade, organizers want to hear from you. They're particularly short in siding installers, framers, drywall hangers, painters, window and exterior door installers and wallpaper hangers.
