Police say a man will be tested for drunk driving after he lost control and rolled onto some railroad tracks in northwest Houston overnight A patrol officer spotted the man speeding on Hempstead Highway near 34th around 2:30am. Just as the officer was going to pull him over, the man crashed. He was taken to the hospital, where he is listed as stable.
