FBI: Man threatens to detonate grenade during robbery

KINGWOOD, TX It was in the noon hour, investigators say, that a man walked into the Wachovia Bank at 4510 Kingwood Boulevard, approached a teller station and pulled what witnesses say looked like a grenade from his pocket. He then reportedly demanded money in large bills from all of the tellers.

Investigators say he threatened to pull the pin from the grenade while saying, "I'm not playing." He grabbed the cash and took off on foot.

The robber is described as a white, possibly Hispanic, male, 35 to 45 years old, 5'5" to 5'7" tall, stocky build, black hair, light complexion. He was wearing a dark colored jacket.
