Oak Ridge North mayor indicted

A mayor in Montgomery County has been indicted under a conflict of interest law. A grand jury indictment accuses Oak Ridge North Mayor Fred O'Connor of not giving all the details of a relationship he had with a power corporation when the company did business with the city. If convicted, O'Connor faces a year in jail.
