Bobby James Kelley is in the McLennan County Jail in Waco on
Monday after his arrest on a charge of indecency with a
child-exposure. The Texas Department of Public Safety reports
Kelley is registered as a sex offender because of three aggravated
sexual assault offenses committed as a juvenile.
According to the DPS sex offender registry, Kelley's previous
offenses involved a 12-year-old girl in 2001, as well as well as a
10-year-old girl and a 6-year-old boy in separate incidents in
1999.
Kelley had no attorney listed on jail records who could comment
on his behalf.
