HOUSTON --
Two men suspected of stealing a car at Baybrook Mall led police on a chase that ended near downtown Houston. Officers followed the car on the Gulf Freeway to Highway 59 near I-10. The driver lost control on a ramp. He and his passenger got out and jumped down to the ground below. Officers arrested one man, who was taken to the hospital with a possible broken leg. They have not found the second.
