A woman told police she walked into her home around 5:30 p.m. Sunday to find a man inside. She said she asked the man -- later identified as Culbert -- what he was doing, and he told her it was his aunt's home and that she was not to be there. Culbert told the woman that his aunt told him he could come by anytime he wanted.
When police arrived, officers discover that the oven and a heater were on and that Culbert had been cooking and eating the woman's food.
