Deputy hurt in wreck in northwest Harris County

HOUSTON Investigators say the deputy was heading to a call and turned on his lights as he passed through the intersection of Cypress North Houston and Huffmeister. However, there was a female driver going southbound on Huffmeister with the green light and she T-boned the deputy.

The female driver was not hurt, but the officer suffered minor injuries. Accident investigators say the deputy was at fault.
