Man accused of killing 'Mr. Buck' learns fate

HOUSTON Brandon Gregory will be sentenced for a felony count of taking wildlife without consent. He pleaded guilty to the charge in August.

Gregory admitted breaking into the animal's enclosure in Bear Creek Park in west Houston last year. Police found the deer's remains in Gregory's apartment.
