Revision made to West U. texting ban proposal

WEST UNIVERSITY, TX Members will vote again December 7. The West University City Council was expected to approve a ban on drivers using a wireless device to send text messages or browse the web, but a revision was made and the ban must be voted on again.

If passed, violators could face fines up to $500.
