Investigators say she stabbed the kids repeatedly at a home in northeast Harris County earlier this week. Prosecutors say Ugamat is a flight risk since she's from Guam.
The boy was stabbed 18 times and the girl was stabbed three times. Both children remain hospitalized in critical condition.
