Teen charged with "super" sexual assault

HOUSTON Joseph Gwyn faces two felony counts of super aggravated sexual assault of a child. A 12-year-old girl told deputies Gywn raped and sodomized her at his home and told her he would kill her. Investigators say Gwyn admitted raping the girl.

Prosecutors charged Gywn with 'super" sexual assault because they say he threatened to kill the girl during the attack.
