So far, no buyers for Houston landmark

HOUSTON Teas Nursery announced yesterday it will redevelop its five acres of land into single family homes. Houston's oldest nursery, which is on the corner of Bellaire and Newcastle, opened in 1910.

President Tom Teas hasn't said how much the lots will go for, but he will start the project in January.
