School bus hits SUV in NE Houston

HOUSTON At least 13 children from the Thurgood Marshall Learning Center were on the bus and one of them was hurt. Neither the bus driver nor the driver of the SUV was injured.

Police say the bus's brakes locked up when it tried to stop on a rain-soaked road.
