Man arrested in teen girl's death

HOUSTON Patricia Rangel, 16, was found dead in the backyard of a vacant home in the 1500 block of McKee around 9:30am Wednesday. She had been shot in the face. Police believe Rangel was shot around 8pm Tuesday.

According to police, Keith Allen Kupferer, 20, had a relationship with Rangel. He was arrested on Wednesday and charged with murder.
